Winter Adult Christian Education (ACE) Classes

Classes begin Sunday, December 6, 10 AM. Click here to register for your class.

How Shall We Then Live (Jay Auxt)
Based on Francis Schaeffer’s book, How Shall We Then Live, we will view Schaeffer’s fascinating 30 minute videos and discuss how they are relevant today. As one of the foremost evangelical thinkers of the twentieth century, Francis Schaeffer long pondered the fate of declining Western culture. In this brilliant book, he analyzed the reasons for modern society’s state of affairs and presented the only viable alternative: living by the Christian ethic, acceptance of God’s revelation, and total affirmation of the Bible’s morals, values, and meaning. Psalms in Everyday Life (Pastor Keith Surland)
This ACE class will be exploring the Psalms for responses to everyday challenges or situations in life. Are you struggling with a certain situation in your life? There is wisdom and solutions found in the Psalms. Our goal is to connect Psalms to your everyday life and use their instruction to understand and respond to difficult situations.

Marriage Matters (Pastor Wally Webster & John Sadowski)
How can we love each other more deeply? How can we use the tools God gives us to help us in our relationships? Let’s focus on God’s help as we work to turn our own weaknesses into strengths. Join us as we explore topics that apply to those couples planning on getting married and to couples who have been married for 15 years or less.

Young Marrieds (John Sadowski)
This winter quarter, John Sadowski and Pastor Wally will be co-teaching the ACE class on marriage.

Consumed [Ages 18-29] (Ben Colvard)
Unity has become a buzz word in many churches today, but the Bible defines it as more than just a fad. How do we pray for each other, serve each other, and achieve true biblical unity as believers? Join us, as Consumed examines the topic of biblical unity this quarter.
